There is a lot to do right now, and you have the ability to get it all done quickly. Do not be modest -- and for goodness' sake, do not worry about appearing bossy or domineering. There is absolutely no point in putting up a front or trying to fake your way through things. Preserving a false front is a waste of your energy -- so go ahead and do what you know needs to be done. People are either going to rush to help you -- or rush to get the heck out of the way!
